While Energy Resourcing has been established globally, their entity in The Netherlands only recently started business. We started partnering with their team to find suitable candidates for an engineering role directly with our company. Right from the start Energy Resourcing honored its name by coming up with good cv’s that matched our criteria and candidates that passed our interviews. Following a smooth recruitment process, with well facilitated communication, we have offered a labor contract to the first new employee. Since then, we have entered into an agreement for recruitment of permanent employees that is favorable to both parties. Shortly after a large acquisition, we engaged with Energy Resourcing to assist with the transition of approximately 250 contractors. This transfer had to be completed prior to a systems cutoff in a relatively short time frame. Energy Resourcing successfully identified and implemented the VMS solution, a nationwide MSP program, transitioned all 250 contractors and 25+ vendors within this tight deadline. This resulted in business continuity for our contingent labor workforce during the systems island cutover and increased cost savings to our business. Energy Resourcing is our go to partner for contingent labor staffing providing outstanding service to our business.
