Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Talent Development Advisor on a permanent basis on behalf of Worley
Staff – Locations: Aberdeen/London/Manchester.
Support the UK business in identifying, developing and aligning talent solutions to build capabilities, develop leaders and retain key talent.
Partner functions and provide value adding TM&D advice across the full talent development cycle (talent identification, needs assessment, planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation).
Support the business in understanding and mapping out skills demands and developing the workforce to support our net zero and energy transition projects.
Act as the point of accountability, ensuring the provision of timely, accessible, cost effective, and quality 70:20:10 learning solutions for allocated functions.
Design and deliver various employment law training, people manager and skills development programmes, including mentoring, D&I, leadership essentials, performance management and employment law.
Champion the Talent Identification Process.
Actively contribute to external focus groups ensuring that has an influence on industry learning provisions and collaborate in skills for the future initiatives.
Take responsibility for utilising the grant support available to ensure the maximum level of return, benefiting all business units.
Ensure the engagement and advancement of key successors: guiding on individual development plans and recommending tailored programmes that expand personal and professional capabilities and broaden overall experience and skill set.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions, measuring the impact and ensuring continuous improvement.
Facilitate internal focus groups and discussions focused on upskilling and reskilling the workforce for emerging roles as the industry adapts to new technologies and ways of working.
Active participation in Talent Management projects from the CoE.
Be a D&I leader and actively participate in associated activities
Subject matter expert on key areas of employment law and human resources with the ability to draft engaging content.
Experience or demonstratable understanding of the application of L&D practices in a similar environment.
Confident and experienced at delivering presentations, rolling out learning initiatives, facilitating discussions and engaging the audience
Strong commercial awareness.
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
Ability to maximise results through positive proactive risk management and decision making.
