The Role

We require an experienced Supplier Quality Surveillance Coordinator to perform Quality Assurance duties on Package Equipment within the Oil and Gas sector. The role is Perth CBD based (standard metro hours) with the potential for occasional site visits on a 12 month contract.

Duties may include:

  • Notify Project Site stakeholders of quality concerns that may result in the issuance of a non-conformance report or other poor quality performance issues associated with the supplier.
  • Timely issuance of detailed supplier quality surveillance inspection and status reports.
  • Document supplier non-conformance to requirements.
  • Review of quality surveillance documents and informing relevant parties of any issues with documents.
  • Perform audits of the Supplier Quality Surveillance Inspectors for compliance.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and previous experience in a similar role within the Resources sector.

  • Several years of working experience in Inspection or QA/QC role required.
  • Strong knowledge of SQS and QA/QC activities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep analytical and financial skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
