On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Senior Instrumentation Designer (site based), for the site location in Europoort, the Netherlands. Foreseen duration is 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Position for a senior instrumentation designer working on projects in end user site office.
- Job requires regular site visits.
- Produce cable routing drawings within SmartPlant 3D or equivalent software experience. This would include necessary cable tray-work and cable sizing calculations.
- Attend client model reviews to clearly define the EI&C routing design.
- Coordinate the 3D model activities and provide guidance to designers.
- Produce CAD drawings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the areas of ICS instrument design for 10+ years.
- Candidate can work independently on the various instrumentation design tasks/deliverables and reports to project engineer.
- Clear communication in the Dutch language, both verbal and in writing.
- Demonstrate a pro-active and pragmatic mentality.
- Able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
