Energy Resourcing Group are a global engineering/technical recruitment business, providing a suite of recruitment solutions to clients within the Energy & Resource related sectors. We are presently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Graduate / Junior Recruitment Consultants based in the Netherlands or Germany (working remotely)

We are in a unique position of being part the inhouse recruitment agency to a global, multi cultural engineering contractor who we support for their major projects across Europe and also provide client support to an external base of suppliers – the role would suit someone who is keen to start a career in recruitment or someone who has up to 3 years experience in recruitment and looking for their next career move in the industry

The successful applicant will be required to work on both contract & permanent vacancies across a diverse and evolving customer base with an ever growing demand of internal and external vacancies to work on.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Intelligent and proactive management of client vacancies; sourcing qualified and experienced industry relevant candidates using our database, current networks, existing contractors and internal/external advertising
  • Sophisticated screening and interview of potential candidates, including lead generation and gathering of market intelligence
  • Maintain/update information on ATS and/or CRM relating to candidates and client information
  • Negotiate and manage offers with both client and candidate through to acceptance and commitment stage.
  • Create, post and monitor advertisements for current vacancies on the company website and selected job boards. Keep candidates and clients updated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Plan, target and execute Business Development strategies. Build and manage professional relationships with key clients. Support and assist in RFI’s, tenders and rate negotiations with new clients.
