Key Stakeholders: Company LNG Plant Team, Company Field Team, Company Port Team, ALNG2 Operating Company representatives, GBS EPC Contractor, TSOF EPC Contractor, Field Engineering and Construction Contractors and Port Engineering and Construction Contractors
Purpose and Objectives:
Purpose of the job is to assist Company LNG Train Interface & Integration Manager in the coordination of Engineering and Commissioning activities to ensure complete and integrated designs for common systems which are split in terms of responsibility between GBS and Topsides otherwise known as LNG Train.
The role will require the Systems Integration Engineer to take a lead role in the performance of the following key activities, but not limited to;
Governance to ensure Technical Integrity of ALNG2 Plant and compliance with key FEED design documents including;
 Basis of Design
 Philosophies
 Specifications
 Standards
Manage the provision and accuracy of engineering and design information between parties as required to support the detail design of common plant systems where execution scopes are split between GBS, Topsides and Onshore, including, for example;
 Technical Risk Management
 Instrument Index
 Cable Schedule
 Power Generation & Distribution
 Telecoms
 Overall Utility Balance
In addition role will require the System Integration Engineer to;
 Development of key initiatives and focus areas such as the provision of start-up utilities at Gydan
 Identify the need for and ensure appropriate reviews and audits are implemented to support assurance of interface management performance

 Monitoring EPC Contractors (GBS & Topsides) critical engineering activities to ensure completion in line with Project Schedule
 Proactively support the development and implementation of Company Interface Management system
 Support Company as required to close-out Contractor claims for additional cost and extension of time with the provision of required engineering & design information and records
 Support the Company Project Management team Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Project directors, Plant operation representatives and other senior managers as necessary during the execution of the project through to LNG plant start-up and gas export
 Support project execution risk and opportunity workshops and reviews
 Proactively support weekly and monthly System Integration management meetings
 Other activities as deemed necessary during EPC Phase execution
Lead Specific Technical Studies, including:
 Plant Start-up versus Field Production: Train 1 / Train 2 / Train 3
 Plant Planned and Unplanned Availability (Trip) dynamic impact on Field
 Interaction between main gas compressors Dynamic simulations by Anti Surge Consultant to ensure stable operations
 Overpressure Protection and Safeguarding Study
 Flow Assurance for Gas and Condensate feed pipelines
 Plant Battery Limit Conditions for all services
 Advanced Process Control
 LNG Import Project for Start-up of Train 1
 Common Utilities
 Plant Emergency Shut Down Planning
 Plant & Field Control Rooms virtual integration and common OTS
 Handover to Operating Company
Required Skills & Experience:
 Minimum ten years project engineering with some relevant Client experience
 Gas processing or LNG Project
 Process Systems background
 The position requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, analytical and innovative skills, commercial recognition and proactive project management
 Significant relevant multi-discipline engineering experience within the oil, gas and / or LNG industry is required, with considerable experience in planning and project engineering.
 A good experience in planning, budgeting and managing contractual and execution of critical and complex project interfaces.
 Conversant with International standards and execution best practice
 A strong supporter and champion of HSE standards and good practice
 Good man-management, interpersonal, organization skills and ability to work independently are essential.
 Good communication skills both written and verbal and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams

 Thorough understanding of the risks and the technical/commercial issues associated with the development of oil, gas and LNG projects.
 Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments.

 Experience in working within a multi-cultural environment
