Project Manager, Substation & Distribution
Project Manager – San Diego, California
Full Time – Contract – 12 months
Our client, a large EPC firm is looking for a Project Manager or Project Engineer to support Substation & Distribution work across the state.
The ideal candidate will understand supporting the customer needs as well as managing a team within a large organizational structure while being mindful and cognizant of project schedules and budgets.
The Project Manager will be involved in & /or responsible for:
- Design & Construction Management
- Commercial Management
- Scope & Communication
- Time, Cost Monitoring/Management
- Risk, HSE & QA/QC involvement
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering
- 5+ years of direct Project Management experience
- Transmission, Substation & Power Distribution Experience
- PMP Certification
This is a 12 month contract role in California, and the client is considering out of country candidates; therefore there will be an immigration component to this role. Candidates must be willing to travel, have a valid passport and be able to cross the border.
