Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Project Information Coordinator to join our client's Stockton project delivery team permanently.

This is a fantastic career opportunity offering professional development to work on a large Gigafactory project which is purposely being constructed for our client.

The Project Information Coordinator is established to assist the PIM in their daily duties. There will be administrative tasks, user account management, such as adding new users to the SharePoint, Aconex and OMIE systems. Removing leavers from systems, expediting tasks including IT/ Tickets dealing with document templates, auditing compliance against the IM, Document procedures also Liaising with various Engineering Discipline, other Project Design Systems personnel and Clients. Drafting project wide emails and Bulletins. Software Requests and administration of a dedicated collaboration web-site SharePoint. May assist Project Secretary in Hardware/Software request for new users.

  • Travel as required, including travel related to projects and to maintain links with other client offices.
  • Act in the best interests of the client at all times.
  • Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time.
  • Creating/Managing PAM/Azure accounts for Clients/Third Parties.
  • Making Updates/Edits/Corrections to the Project SharePoint site.
  • Managing/Expediting IT Tickets.
  • Support other team members to balance workload.
  • Liaise with Client/project personnel to gather data on project requirements and schedules.
  • Co-Ordinate with IT project storage requirements.
  • Knowledge of current Project Information Plan and other IM procedures.

  • Good working knowledge of Information management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to interact effectively with people. Clear, fluent, and expressive use of verbal and written language to convey information and ideas, strong communication skills to be able to liaise with different departments and levels (including Clients) to ensure all requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Previous Information management coordination experience in an engineering project office.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good timekeeping and prioritisation skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Good Computer/Systems Knowledge.
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment.
  • Understanding that work hours will be required as dictated by workload, schedule, and project requirements and allocate/adjust appropriately.
  • Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to consistently meet the client's needs.
  • Effectively manages to change work tasks and the work environment and assists others with adapting to change.
  • A person of integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments.
