Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Multi-Skilled Lease Operator III to work in Kermit, TX within their facilities for an initial 1-year contract (possibility to extend).

If you are selected as the contract Multi-Skilled / Lease Operator for the Permian Basin, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving production. You will perform most of your responsibilities at the well site via a provided vehicle. You will be a Safety Leader and drive company’s commitment to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). Accountabilities:

The Contract Downstream Risk Analyst shall assist the Sr. Downstream Risk Management Specialist in facilitating the Risk Management process across Downstream entities. This position will support the implementation of the risk management standardization program, assist in risk assessments, develop and maintain risk registers and dashboards, and generate Risk Management documentation, procedures, and reports within Downstream. • Prepare a Project Execution Plan which addresses and documents the following key issues: scope, schedule, budget, team organization, safety, quality, risk, communication, invoicing, work process definition, change management and value enhancing objectives
• Provide steer and review cost estimate and planning
• Control and administer the flow of data and information within Worley and between the customer, Worley and other organizations such as contractors, sub-consultants, government agencies and any local or statutory authorities
• Exercise change control in respect of the Agreement/Contract ensuring customer approval (when applicable) before additional expenditure of time and / or costs. Authorize internal changes when necessary for achievement of project objectives
• Ensure that all Worley contractual and legal obligations are met, to the satisfaction of the customer
• Organize project review meetings at regular intervals to review actual progress, cost to complete, identify problem areas and agree remedial actions and keep Worley management informed
• Support sales / marketing by providing information, input to proposals and assistance with presentations as required
• Organize and manage the assigned project team to complete the project successfully ensuring that all project team members are fully conversant with the project objectives
• Where relevant, visit the job site at regular intervals to review at first hand safety, actual progress, any potential problems and the proposed solutions to any potential problems

  Controls Manager & in accordance with month end timetable using e-FS software, for inclusion in Management report. (WP 3.3.1).
• A thorough monthly tracking of the Percentage of Completion (PoC) including booking of Accruals (check consistency with the physical progress).
• Prepare the monthly Cash Planning Report (WP 4.1.1). Ensure the S-Curve is consistent with the PoC.
• Prepare a Manpower Forecast Report in liaison with Project Manager/Project Control
  Manager, using Excel & (e-MF when available).
• Prepare specific monthly reports at client or partner request.
• Review and validate change orders in relation with Project Manager/Project Control Manager
  for input in forecast.
• In liaison with the Project Manager/Procurement Manager, Input budgets in Nadia software.
• Verify purchase requisitions In Nadia (budgets, amounts and codes) before approval by Project Manager.
• Issue NBVs and PBVs as necessary, in close cooperation with Project Control Manager.
• Check incoming invoices against PO and post the cost entry (WP 4.1.3)
• Obtain approval for payment in accordance with Working Procedures (Matrix of authority level).
• Control suppliers' payments with e-SR software.
• Prepare client invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records. The draft of client invoice must be reviewed, and transaction posted by the Major project cost accounting Manager and approved by Project Manager. (WP 4.1.2).
• Prepare & update a Client Register (if applicable).
• Control client payments allocations in accounting system.
• Follow up client invoices date of receipt, payments from clients and Issue reminders when necessary, and with the approval of the Project Manager.
• Prepare project finalization table of provisions. Provisions to be followed until project closing in accounting.
• Prepare audit files for the semester review.
• Prepare a Project Finalized Report.

The SAP OTC/PC Lead reports into the ERP Application Manager and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting OTC (order-to-cash, and related modules within the company's global SAP system especially with Project Control (PS module). This position represents the module expertise for SD as well PS globally and leveraging a global outsourcing team for technical support and ensuring services are delivered according the Service levels agreed to.

This position will be participating as an integrated member of the support team during the build, test, and deploy of the company's new SAP system, and will be required to contribute to, and author some Business Process Procedures and related test documents. In addition to the Project related build activities, the OTC functional Lead is responsible for working together within the Group IT to define new IT support procedures.

Under the direction of the Enterprise Application Manager, the SAP Order To Cash Function Lead has responsibility for working closely with the Finance and Project Control teams globally.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 8 years in SAP, ideally with experience in Order To Cash and Project Control Implementation, roll out and production support.
• Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from Design to go live for SAP-SD module with preference for experience in Project Systems (PS) as well.
