Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a People Adminsitrator on a 2 year fixed term contract based in Stockton.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day People Administration relating to New Starts; Contractual Changes and Leavers, as well as generalist People activities, including system/tracker updates, reporting and stakeholder notifications where appropriate
  • Producing and issue employment contracts, addendums/variations, and associated documentation. All documentation to be prepared and actioned within agreed timescales to ensure value adding service is delivered to the business
  • Ensuring documentation issued is always current, relevant, and appropriate
  • Ensuring that all personal data is managed in line with Data Protection legislation and Company policy
  • Maintaining accurate and complete worker records and ensure that all systems are updated, and that data quality/integrity is maintained at all times
  • Producing accurate and timely reports in line with reporting schedule and/or on demand requests
  • Accurately updating systems, trackers, and all documentation
  • Completing administration for benefits (for example: Pensions and Healthcare) and follow-up on outstanding or incomplete paperwork
  • Liaising with People delivery teams and employees as required to provide a quality People Administration service, ensuring business needs are always met
  • Dealing promptly and professionally with queries raised by employees, managers and external stakeholders
  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day activities to ensure that deadlines and standards are met and commitments honoured
  • Participating in training/mentoring of new and existing colleagues
  • Ensuring own understanding and compliance with People policies and procedures, as well as mandatory Ethics and Compliance requirements
  • Attending meetings and producing minutes as required
  • Managing the People function’s stationery requirements and handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Any other relevant duties, as directed
