Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for an MSP Lead (Managed Services Provider) to join their team on a permanent staff basis.

This role can be delivered by hybrid working, with regular time working from home balanced with attendance at one of our UK Offices e.g. London, Manchester, Aberdeen, or Stockton, on Tees.

  • Ensure business processes and procedures are being followed in line with the MSP process.
  • Adopting and implementing Energy Resourcing's core values and demonstrating through everyday leadership.
  • Reviewing and implementing changes to deliver business improvements and efficiencies across the full MSP Life cycle.
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the business and with our stakeholders.
  • Responsible for leading, planning, and directing key teams and suppliers.
  • Manage the internal customer to ensure high engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for continual improvement of the systems and procedures we currently use to ensure we provide the best service possible.
  • Support with the management, approval, and on-boarding of new suppliers.
  • Drive the vendor and supplier quarterly reporting on performance in line with KPIs.
  • Develop strong relationships with our internal & external stakeholders to ensure the MSP process performs/supports operation activity effectively.
  • Ensure that a robust method of obtaining customer and supplier satisfaction and feedback is in place.
  • Proactively engage with recruitment, finance, and CMS leads to ensure a streamlined approach and execution.
  • Implement and monitor any KPIs/SLAs in place to ensure that the client's expectations are being met and exceeded.
  • Management and direction of MSP coordinators.
  • Act as a main escalation point for suppliers.

  • Recruitment and application of process experience.
  • Flexible & adaptable.
  • ATS experience.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, and manage to change priorities.
  • Comfortable dealing with customer issues.
  • Strong systems ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy & high level of attention to detail.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Self-motivated and takes own initiative.
  • Customer Focused, goal-orientated approach.
