Project Overview

Energy Resourcing are currently working with one of the worlds leading new energy companies specifically working on the construction, engineering and development of a state of the art facility.

This project would be based in Northern Europe in a unique location and provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the new energy transformation in Europe.

The company itself provides a forward thinking environment allowing you to bring your own thoughts/ideas on how to positively affect the work done.

For this project Energy resourcing will be providing accommodation, travel (flights & in country transport) and catering for the contractors.


  • Ensure that the installation is in accordance with the company approved design, quality, and schedule, as specified in the design documentation, quality plan, and installation schedule.
  • Ensure that the contractors do not compromise on safety, and at a minimum comply with the site HSE plan and company safety procedures and policies.
  • Provide schedule and progress information to the construction manager as and when required.
  • Facilitate and manage field changes in accordance with the change management procedure.
  • Ensure that the contractors are working in the required work areas and that the work sequences and interfaces with other contractors are planned to meet the installation schedule.
  • Facilitate the handover of the approved installation to the operations team
  • Promote a positive and constructive working relationship with the intallation contractors on behalf of the company.


  • Ability to handle a fast pace and extremely dynamic project

  • Knowledge with Navisworks and BIM tools is a plus

  • Experience with HVAC systems is a plus

  • 7-10+ years experience in large scale industrial projects
