Energy Resourcing is an engineering & personnel service provider active on four continents in the oil, gas, energy, renewable energies, chemical, petrochemical, refining, and construction sectors. We recruit technical specialists and managers for demanding national and international projects of our technologically leading customers.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior HR Generalist, to join our team in The Hague, the Netherlands.



  • Liaison with "leased employees and contractors" and employees to obtain relevant information for onboarding
  • Generating employment contracts for employees working on temporary contract assignments
  • Issuing contracts for services to freelancers hired to support projects
  • Generating client contracts for contracted employees and freelancers
  • Raising contract amendment and termination for contracted employees and freelancers
  • Arranging mobilisations and demobilisations.

Finance and Payroll

  • Pre-check and approve time sheets of employees and freelancers
  • Liaise with ERE finance & payroll team based in London to ensure correct payments are made to employees and freelancers.
  • Liaise with ERE accountancy partner to assist with payroll calculations and for responding to queries.
  • Work with ERE finance team to ensure that invoices to clients for temporary employees, freelancers and permanent staff placement fees are raised in a timely fashion.


  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or degree in a related field
  • Previous administrative recruitment/HR experience of max 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), another European language is a plus (Dutch, Swedish is nice to have).
