HR Supervisor
Position: Permanent
Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Supervisor due to an internal promotion. The HR Supervisor will be engrained in the day-to-day operations of HR. There will be no direct reports for this role, however this supervisor will be managing/supporting recruiting, employment, legal/compliance, policy administration, payroll/benefit administration, training, team member relations, and HR systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resource for policy administration
- Develop best practices
- Motivate team members
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of HR experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HR related work experience.
