On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a HSE Supervisor, located on our client's construction sites in NRW, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Project-related monitoring and inspection of construction and assembly sites with regard to occupational safety at the locations at the BP sites in Gelsenkirchen
- Advising the project construction management with regard to the coordination and planning of assembly processes from a safety-related point of view
- Coordination with project management and the customer's HSE organization
- Organisation of instruction and training, implementation of safety programs if necessary
- Documentation and reporting of all HSE activities in the form of reports and presentations
- Support in the analysis, preparation and evaluation of data
- Teilnahme an Unfalluntersuchungen / Root-Cause-Investigation
- Initiation and monitoring of corrective actions and correction of deficiencies
- Organisation of on-site inspections
Qualifications:
- Training as SiGeKo according to RAB
- Study of safety technology or glw. desired
- Practical knowledge and experience in chemical production plants
- as well as safety-related experience are prerequisites
- SCC certificate according to SCC 017
- SiGeKo to RAB
- In-depth knowledge of various common plant safety
- Methods for safety analysis
- Good to business fluent German and English skills, spoken and
- Writing
- Professional mastery of MS Office
- Committed, communicative, team player, flexible
- Conflict management and good tracking of deficiencies are an absolute prerequisite when working with contractors on construction sites.
