On behalf of our client, Woodside, we are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist for a 12 month contract role, to join the Business Partnering team. The role will primarily support the Marketing & Trading team, as well as some areas of the New Energy business.

The Role
This is a broad ranging role encompassing a variety of HR Generalist skills sets.
- Deliver high quality, tactical HR workload including case management, disciplinary procedures, conflict management
- Support broader people strategy initiatives
- Facilitate organisational design, change management, capability building
- Design and implement talent management strategies
Skills & Experience
Experience across all/some of the following fields is preferred:
- Cultural change
- Strategic performance management and transformation
- Employee engagement
- Change management
- Leadership development and succession planning
- Data analytics
The successful candidate will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Business and outcome focus
- Outstanding influencing and analytic skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in building long term partnerships
- Active membership in a professional association for Human Resources practitioners will be considered advantageous
