We are currently searching for a temporary HR Business Partner (duration: 6 to 9 months, 40h) to start as soon as possible. Our client is growing and transforming to realize their vision for a more sustainable world. For the HR Team this means that they are changing their operating model, employee terms and conditions and more. In this role you will deliver all people related activities and partner closely with management in dedicated departments, you will lead one or more of the following projects: setting up a manager handbook and training, implementation of a new performance management process and/or rolling out a mentoring program. Besides this you will be supporting various other initiatives and process improvements.
We are looking for an HR BP with 5+ years experience as Business Partner in an international, preferably technical, environment. You have completed a Bachelor in HR Management or related field, good working knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience in supporting change processes. You also have affinity with learning and development and are computer/systems savvy.
The person we are looking for needs to be fluent in English. Dutch is nice, but not mandatory.
The client enjoys hybrid working. This means that we usually work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office, but depending on needs, this can vary.
