Energy Resourcing is an engineering & personnel service provider active on four continents in the oil, gas, energy, renewable energies, chemical, petrochemical, refining, and construction sectors. We recruit technical specialists and managers for demanding national and international projects of our technologically leading customers.

We are currently searching for HR/CMS Advisor with payroll experience to join our team in The Hague and be part of our growing European Recruitment company.

In this role you will report to the HR Manager and your tasks concise of the following responsibilities:

Role Overview:

  • Provide a high level of operational and support to Clients and Contractors.
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the business and with our Contractors and Clients.
  • Ensure all contractors are engaged, onboarded, paid and otherwise managed in a way that is compliant with legislation and Client requirements.
  • First point of contact for all assignment-related queries to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Contractors, Clients and other operational stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to Energy Resourcing's service offering.
  • Ensure all administrative activity is accurately recorded and stored in the relevant system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make verbal and written offers to Contractors, advising on the required screening process and assignment details
  • Conducting Contractor inductions
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates to understand their issues and queries through a structured contact plan
  • Arranging and hosting regular CMS events, workshops and seminars for both contractors and clients
  • Develop relationships with Contractors and key Clients to understand key/recurring issues and manage queries through a structured contact plan
  • Supporting Clients and Contractors in relation to relevant legislative changes/queries
  • Arrange the payroll for the Finance department.
  • Assist Clients/Contractors with all payroll queries
  • Maintaining regular contact with key client representatives (including HR, hiring managers, project managers) to understand man power forecasts that will affect the numbers of Contractors engaged
  • Strong team ethic, with a commitment to collaborate with colleagues.

Role Competency Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft software packages

  • Reliable and punctual

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduated HBO in the domain of HR and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dutch HR (in recruitment is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a dynamic international (recruitment) company is an advantage.
  • Being fluent in English & Dutch
  • Good presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR/ recruitment systems (AFAS is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience with payroll.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English
  • Focused, connecting, helpful, hands-on mentality to get things done.
