Energy Resourcing is an engineering & personnel service provider active on four continents in the oil, gas, energy, renewable energies, chemical, petrochemical, refining and construction sectors. We recruit technical specialists and managers for demanding national and international projects of our technologically leading customers.

For our European business we are currently recruiting for a Financial Accounts Administrator, working remotely from your home with sporadical visits to the office in Cologne, Germany.

Do you want to be part of an enthousiastic international team?

Key activities will include:

  • Day to day processing and input of invoices, statements and expenses
  • Raising sales and purchase invoices
  • Checking and reconciling timesheets
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Weekly supplier payments
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with month end processes for Germany and Dutch entities

Key competencies:

  • Sage line 50 experience preferred
  • Office work/administration background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel use - Intermediate to advanced
  • Fluent German & English language both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
