On behalf of our client, Woodside, we require an experienced Environmental Advisor for their New Energy team. This full time, Perth based role will see the successful candidate provide environmental advice and guidance to the New Energy team, identifying and implementing key initiatives to continually improve environmental performance in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day remit will include but not be limited to:
- Providing environmental advice to inform decision making,
- Facilitating the development of State and Federal environmental approvals for New Energy opportunities and developments,
- Engaging and managing environmental consultants/contractors,
- Supporting and guiding junior team members,
- Analysing technical data and liaising with regulatory agents.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in an Environmental or related discipline
- 15+ years experience in industry/consultant environment roles
- Understanding and experience with Australian environment legislation and application
- Experience in Part 4 and Part 5 approvals process
- Experience in undertaking environment risk/impact assessments and analysing technical studies
- Supporting stakeholder consultation with relevant Decision Making Authorities, Traditional Custodians, industry representatives and local communities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintaining a positive, supportive working team environment
