Our client is seeking a Lead Project Estimator to work remotely, for a 1-year assignment plus extensions.
The Lead Project Estimator will be a key member of the inventive and vibrant Estimating Team and will support design, planning, and budgeting of projects for the Client. The ideal candidate has experience in the renewable and/or high voltage transmission industry, a highly developed understanding of construction means and methods, a deep understanding of wind, solar, substation, and transmission construction requirements, robust project management skills, and strong leadership qualities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams involved in project development, planning and execution to develop project estimates and improve estimating tools. This is a leadership role within the team. Day to day responsibilities include leading and preparing estimates, the development of pricing models, and evaluating new technological innovations in the industry. CapEx models include all engineering, material, direct construction, and indirect construction costs. The Role
The preferred candidate should possess a solid foundation in software quality assurance, particularly within the automotive or rail industries. This position entails crafting and implementing quality assurance (QA) frameworks and protocols, in addition to liaising with the software development and testing teams to uphold top-tier quality standards.
This is a Perth based contracting role on an initial 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement software processes, process tools and best practices in the organization.
- Plan, lead, manage and perform as organisation software quality assurance, validator and auditor in compliance to relevant ISO, EN and AS standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Essential:

- Strong knowledge in system and software engineering practices and standards like ISO9001, EN50716/EN50126/EN50128, ASPICE, CMMI, AAR M1003 or equivalent.
- Demonstrated software QA, testing and/or auditing experiences in a OEM organisation, preferably in a safety-critical or heavy machinery industry.
- Demonstrated skills in establishing and implementing processes in the full software development life cycle are essential, preferably with a focus on safety-critical software.
- Experience with use of software version control systems such as Git or SVN is essential.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Perth based with full working Australian rights.
Preferred:
- Experience with RAMS and its application to software requirements and designs.
- Experience with Functional Safety Rail (SIL) rated software development is advantageous.

Collaborating with a team of testing & calibration professionals, you will play a key role in developing and testing a range of technologies to power the fleet and rail locomotives. Working alongside Control System Engineers, you will be responsible for the design and development of new test suites, as well as assisting developing processes to streamline validation for industrial automation controls.
This is a Perth based contracting role on an initial 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Apply V-Model verification and validation strategies that document and trace software testing to requirements in the context of industrial automation controls.

We are now looking for Senior Well Site Leader (SWSL) to join our client in Baku, Azerbaijan. In this position, you will directly report to Wells Superintendent and will be accountable for leading, supervising and implementing the flawless execution of safe, compliant and reliable well operations in accordance with client's Wells policies, standards and programs.
The work is both at the rig (Semi-Submersible, Jack-Up, Platform), and in the office undertaking operation planning, after action reviews, updating site procedures, practices or other as required work.

Missions
Part of the mechanical team of the project, your main mission is to follow the mechanical activities of each project contractor to ensure the engineering with quality and timely execution of the mechanical deliverables and associated mechanical equipment with regards to project specification.
Activities
During the FEED and EPSCC Phase, you are in charge to:
- Follow related activities performed by the FEED Engineers and EPSCCs Contractors (mainly for the CPF-Wellpads Package); mechanical engineering discipline includes rotating equipment (Air compressor, Emergency Diesel Generator, Fire Fighting pumps as per NFPA 20), and multi-discipline packages (such as water treatment, Fuel Gas treatment package);
- Provide support and expertise and contribution with regards to his discipline on All rotating equipment (Centrifugal compressor as per API 617, screw compressor as per API 619, reciprocating compressor as per API 618, Gas turbine as per API 616, Centrifugal pumps as per API 610,);
- Provide support to, challenge the FEED Contractors during engineering exercise. Promote alternatives design to optimize cost, work and schedule.
- Timely review and comment engineering documents and consolidate comments related to mechanical deliverables; liaise with other engineering specialist(s), and entity (Operations, HSE) as required.
- Ensure that the engineering activities related to mechanical and HVAC matters are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Australian/New Zealand standards apply), Contextualized GS, with required level of quality, high HSE standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, considering the logistic constraints and within the agreed time schedule and cost.
- Prepare the derogation requests to GS (in particular to GS EP MEC) in ep-derog system, follow up the instruction by Head O?ce experts to ensure timely answer.
- Promptly respond to engineering clarifications, request for deviations and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach.
- Conduct studies leading to technical decision making and issue recommendation to Project Management.
- Liaise with Head office to get expertise when required in specific mechanical subjects such as pumps, Gas Turbine, and HVAC
- Provide support in his field of expertise, to compare and evaluate the CPF-Wellpads FEED Contractors during the FEED competition phase (s);

The Project is a key project as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea.
The LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising:
- Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines
- Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 km from the field
- Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline
- Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF

The Field Engineer will be dedicated to the project on site and report directly to the Project Manager. The Field Engineer is responsible for checking all contractor installations to ensure that they comply with engineering drawings, specifications, client requirements, latest applicable code requirements, work is executed in a professional and quality manner. Report project progress and problems to the Project Engineer or Project Manager. Duties include:
- Monitoring construction work for safe work practices, monitoring of quality and compliance with project requirements, performing Job Observations.
- Ensuring that client Safety Rules and Regulations are observed.
- Monitoring construction progress and reporting potential delays.
- Witnessing special tests such as weld NDE/radiographs, hydrotests, loop checks, load tests, electrical testing, equipment alignments, etc.
