Specialising in recruitment and contracting management services, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly capable CMS Assistant to support our operation in West London.

This is a role where you’ll be assisting our Contracts & Compliance Coordinator. It provides an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful business enjoying tremendous growth.

We are keen to appoint a competent administrator who will support our work for contracts, payroll, onboarding, compliance, quality management systems and document management.

Tasks and duties

Formatting candidate CV’s into company and client presentation styles as requested by our recruitment team.

Processing data from our recruitment database to our finance system to ensure efficient onboarding of new employees and contract staff.

Distribution of reference checks, qualification checks and feedback forms for onboarding and offboarding of contract staff.

Writing up Candidate contracts and verification letters.

Right to work checks.

Recording data onto company systems in compliance to data protection regulations.

Helping with responding to queries and requests for information received from clients and contract staff.

Assisting our payroll team to input client records onto our payroll software system. General business administration and support to the management team as required

Ad hoc office management duties; stationary orders, company post, mailshots and organising social events

Competent with MS Office suite particularly Word and Excel Good customer services skills.
