Seeking x4 Contracts Administrators to work for an Owners Project Team on one of the world's most sustainable projects!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contracts cover both the FEED and execution phases including tendering and award of contracts and service agreements.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions .
- Ongoing updating of contract package cost monitoring and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols and procedures
- Manage relevant budget and expenditure.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 + years experience at contract specialist/administrator level, preferably within the mining sector.
- Proven track record and of knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices
- Experience in the administration of Consultant, Schedule of Rate, Build Only, D&C and EPC Contracts
- Legal understanding of commercial agreements.
