Energy Resourcing has an exciting oppotunity on a 12 month fixed term basis for a Contractor Managment Services Administrator. This role can be delivered by hybrid working, with regular time working from home balanced with attendance at one of our UK Offices e.g. London, Aberdeen or Stockton

Responsibilities

  • Processing new starter information, changes and leaver information over to payroll to ensure contractors are paid correctly
  • Effectively onboarding new starters by carrying out the necessary compliance checks, including Right to Work and Qualifications checks
  • Recording data onto iCIMS systems in compliance with Data Protection regulations
  • Assisting with responding to queries and requests for information received from clients and contract staff
  • General business administration and support to the management team as required
  • Generate contracts, contract extension and contractual changes to contractors
  • Conducting Offshore Trade Tests
  • Arranging Business Travel
  • Formatting candidate CVs into company and client presentation styles as requested by our recruitment team
