Our Operator Oil & Gas client is seeking a Competency Assurance Analyst to be working in their Perth city office on an initial 12 months contract.

Competency Assurance Analyst

Provide outstanding service to production personnel by managing LTO and Business Critical training; and maintaining competency documentation in line with the Operations Competency Guideline, tools and assurance processes. Provide support to the Contractor Verification System, assisting with queries on the competency and verification of contractors in CVS

Responsibilities:

· Align training and certification requirements with functional requirements

· Learning Management System (LMS) administrator experience (SuccessFactors preferred)

· Proficient user of systems and able to accurately and efficiently execute system transactions

· Ensure contract compliance and execute procurement processes (SAP experience preferred)

· Optimise competency management processes (systems, data, reporting, analysis)

· Solutions driven with advanced communication skills

· Strong experience in stakeholder management

· Work effectively in a team and independently

· Ability to adapt to a changing environment

· Ability to influence others and lead by example

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years experience in a learning and development team (resource industry preferred) with relevant experience and knowledge of AMSA, OPITO and Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) requirements
