• To provide administrative support across the business, delivering an efficient and reliable service to all customers and clients both internal and external.
  • Process new starter and amendment information, inputting into ICIMS and liaising with payroll to ensure all information is accurate.
  • Generate candidate contracts, upload copies into ICIMS and forward to candidates.
  • Recording data onto company systems in compliance to data protection regulations.

  • Arrange business travel.
  • Support recruitment activities including formatting CV’s, obtaining references and other related tasks.
  • General business administration and support to the management team as required.

  • Conduct Offshore Trade Tests
  • Conduct Eligibilty to Work checks
  • Formatting candidate CV’s into company and client presentation styles as requested by our recruitment team.
