- To provide administrative support across the business, delivering an efficient and reliable service to all customers and clients both internal and external.
- Process new starter and amendment information, inputting into ICIMS and liaising with payroll to ensure all information is accurate.
- Generate candidate contracts, upload copies into ICIMS and forward to candidates.
Recording data onto company systems in compliance to data protection regulations.
- Arrange business travel.
- Support recruitment activities including formatting CV’s, obtaining references and other related tasks.
General business administration and support to the management team as required.
- Conduct Offshore Trade Tests
- Conduct Eligibilty to Work checks
Formatting candidate CV’s into company and client presentation styles as requested by our recruitment team.
