Responsibilities/ Job Tasks

  • Provide/ execute CCMS training to stakeholders for the commissioning scope i.e. Contractors, Customer and Internal team members
  • Compilation and generation of documentation for turnover/handover dossiers from CCMS
  • Ensure change control of scope is record on CCMS
  • Key interface with contractors & engineering department in data gathering activities for CCMS population
  • Population of project systemisation structures, documentation (ITR & Certificates), engineering tags and handover milestones into the CCMS
  • Generation of planned commissioning activities for allocated scope.
  • Support and governance of contractor CCMS focal points in their use of the completions system
  • Coordination of system completions and turnover activities including:
    • Expedites ITR and Punch List close out
    • Punch walk down coordination
    • Certificate Signoff
    • Generate Notice of Energisations
    • Current and look ahead reporting of system and facility handover milestones

Requirements /Attributes

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience using Continuum Edge or Hexagons Smart Completions CCMS (digital) form (minimum 3years experience on an industry recognised Commissioning System)
  • Good hands on experience working on major greenfield projects in a construction/commissioning start-up and handover team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
