Permanent Full-Time Opportunity

Our client, a well-established, growing utilities construction company is looking for leaders for their growing operations in Western Canada to drive business results while achieving safety excellence and high levels of customer service and quality.

Key areas of responsibility include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Projects Department including safety, quality, incident management, people, financial/business development, capital asset management, contracts/bids and project management, customer and community relations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and traits:

  • 5-8+ years of progressive management experience
  • Must have experience working in a pipeline and/or utilities environment
  • Cultivate and lead a safety focused culture
  • Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
  • Adept at identifying sales opportunities and managing bid processes
  • Ability to understand and achieve financial targets (revenue and operational)
