Our permanent hire process

01Intake meeting

To ensure excellent placements, we consult with our clients to fully understand your requirements, and then work together to determine and shape the skills, qualifications, attributes and behaviours for the role.

02Talent mapping

We conduct a market analysis using a variety of tools and methodologies to determine where the talent is located and what companies to recruit talent from.


We use market analysis to determine where we will focus our efforts. This includes identifying a short list of passive candidates and leveraging our social networks to advertise the opportunities we are working on to gain greater awareness across our networks.


We conduct in-depth behavioural-based interviews and present the top candidates in a branded presentation summarising the key information that you need to make an informed decision.


We assist with coordinating interviews for selected candidates. Part of this process is giving our clients more in-depth information about the candidates and what is important to them in a role. We also share more cultural details about our clients’ work environment with candidates selected for an interview. Finally, we ensure post-interview feedback is shared with all parties.

06Offer and placement

Energy Resourcing extends the offer to the candidates and answers any lingering questions on either side. Once the candidate has accepted they move to the client’s onboarding process and begin their new permanent career.
