01Intake meeting

To ensure excellent placements, we consult with our clients to fully understand your requirements, and then work together to determine and shape the skills, qualifications, attributes and behaviours for the role.

02Talent mapping

We conduct a market analysis using a variety of tools and methodologies to determine where the talent is located and what companies to recruit talent from.

03Sourcing

We use market analysis to determine where we will focus our efforts. This includes identifying a short list of passive candidates and leveraging our social networks to advertise the opportunities we are working on to gain greater awareness across our networks.

04Presentation

We conduct in-depth behavioural-based interviews and present the top candidates in a branded presentation summarising the key information that you need to make an informed decision.

05Onboarding

We offer a comprehensive onboarding experience for all of our contractors, customised to our client’s needs. Our contractors complete our client’s policies and all onboarding documentation prior to their start date to ensure they will have access to all the necessary systems and equipment on their first day.

06Payrolling

Our knowledge of the local HR legislation and tax laws ensures that your contractors are treated fairly and paid accurately. We manage the remittances for all applicable taxes and workers compensation. We invoice our client’s for all hours worked on a monthly basis.

07Offboarding

We work with our clients to get regular updates on project schedules to manage extensions and renewals. At the end of the contract, we offboard our contractors and work with them to identify their next opportunity.
