While Energy Resourcing has been established globally, their entity in The Netherlands only recently started business. We started partnering with their team to find suitable candidates for an engineering role directly with our company. Right from the start Energy Resourcing honored its name by coming up with good cv’s that matched our criteria and candidates that passed our interviews. Following a smooth recruitment process, with well facilitated communication, we have offered a labor contract to the first new employee. Since then, we have entered into an agreement for recruitment of permanent employees that is favorable to both parties. The decision to work with Energy Resourcing worked out very good and we decided to involve Energy Resourcing on other roles too.

Energy Resourcing has been working with our company for a couple of years providing us with RPO staffing support.
