What do you do at Energy Resourcing?
I’m a senior payroll specialist for Energy Resourcing based in our Singapore office. My responsibilities mainly include payroll and invoicing.
Are you working on any specific projects at the moment?
Currently we’re working on the Reliance KG D6 RUBY FPSO Project, Oyu Tolgoi Project (Mongolia) and with Worley Singapore on various projects.
How did you get into your current career?
I joined Energy Resourcing when the company amalgamated with Cadskills.
What’s the best part of your job?
The satisfaction of meeting deadlines.
What challenges have you had to overcome to get to where you are today?
The biggest challenge is to understand the ever-changing Statutory Compliance and Legislation Issues.

Focus on being productive instead of busy

The flexibility that the company allows you to have
What do you like to do outside of work?
Watch movies and go cycling
If you hadn’t got into your current career… what would you have become?
I’d like to work with animals, so most likely something along those lines.
