What do you do at Energy Resourcing?
I work as a Recruitment Specialist under our UK branch.
Are you working on any specific projects at the moment?
Currently I’m working on one of Europe’s largest construction projects, helping to source talent for a our clients battery Gigafactory.
How did you get into your current career?
I finished college and instead of continuing with my education at University, I was presented with an excellent opportunity to join a family business. This allowed me to learn a number of different of aspects of recruitment/business at a young age and has put me in good standing for the future.
What’s the best part of your job?
Working on unique projects and with personnel to guide them to obtain the roles they require.
Any words of wisdom you live by?
Some days may be challenging but if you keep on pushing the next day will always end up being better, just have to keep on pushing.
What keeps you at Energy Resourcing?
Working on interesting projects, opportunities and great colleagues/personnel.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I have a few different passions, my biggest would be the NFL & NY Giants. Unfortunately, were not very good right now, but with Danny Dimes & Saquon we can make a comeback!
I also like to work out and go hiking.
If you hadn’t got into your current career… what would you have become?
Astronaut – I have a love/hate relationship with space
