Airswift pens agreement to acquire Energy Resourcing
We are thrilled to announce that global workforce solutions provider, Airswift, has recently signed an agreement to acquire Energy Resourcing!
The acquisition means over 60 years of combined workforce expertise and access to over 1.7 million professionals across 70 countries, providing the market with an enhanced recruitment offering across all STEM disciplines. Together, we will differentiate ourselves as the chosen workforce solutions provider to our clients, contractors, candidates, and staff.
Upon closing the deal, Airswift will fully integrate Energy Resourcing into its existing brand, systems and processes. Both companies are committed to ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption for our clients, contractors and employees as the acquisition process develops. We aim to complete the transaction by the end of August 2023.
