Katherine has worked with a variety of clients in North America in the Energy, Retail and Tech space. Katherine has proven expertise in developing MSA’s, Executive Recruitment, Workforce Planning, building Contingent Recruitment and Contractor Management Frameworks and Recruitment Marketing.
Natalie is an experienced executive in the management of end-to-end professional and technical recruitment and contracting services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery whilst leading and delivering improvement projects to streamline and optimise processes. Natalie has proven expertise in the management of global master vendors and preferred supplier contracts for large multinational resources clients, business policy and procedure formulation and implementation; benchmarking; workforce planning; development of executive search and contingent recruitment frameworks and policies; attraction and retention strategies; training; organisational development plans and budget analysis.

Her strengths include working closely with management teams to meet strategic and operational level requirement requirements, with a passion for finding creative solutions for her stakeholders.
With more than twenty years of experience, Sean is a highly-experienced executive with a proven track record of delivery and success for international recruitment businesses in the resources sector. He specialises in providing Operator and EPC contractor companies with professional project management personnel carrying out high value, technically and logistically challenging projects for the international upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. He also provides strategic direction, leadership, management and operational control for existing offices and start-up operations.
